Engaging the Public on transit planning with Interactive Maps

Metro engaged OMBU to design and implement a map-based public comment tool. Metro uses this tool to engage with residents of the region on large transit planning projects, such as the Southwest Corridor and the Powell-Division Transit and Development Project.

OMBU’s web application allows Metro staff to design project plans and comment points on a modern mapping platform, and request comments from the public on routes and points through comment forms and rich media.
